The Austin College Student Assembly serves as a liaison between the student body and the College’s administration; its purpose is to work with both parties for their mutual benefit.  The Assembly advocates student concerns and implements any legislation and action necessary for improving the quality of life at Austin College, while considering the rules and guidelines already set in place for students by the administration.  The student body elects members into Student Assembly to represent overall student opinion relating to collegiate, national, and worldwide affairs.  The Assembly’s mission is to engage in specific, immediate tasks to serve its constituents, while concurrently establishing long-term goals which will work to improve the Austin College experience for current and future members of the community.
