My name is Worth Thornton and I am currently attending Austin College. I was born and raised in Jacksboro, Texas which is a small hick town you probably haven’t heard of in the middle of nowhere. My family owns a ranch in southern Jack County so I grew up around horses and cattle. I was a rat bastard when I was little; at least that’s what everyone has told me. I always ended up in the hospital or I wrecked something like a tractor for example. Life was fun even though we had no movie theater or any place to hang out besides the high school gym. Our schools main activity was FFA, which was a wonderful organization, if you wanted to skip class for no good reason. I was the Vice President of our chapter the last two years of high school. The only bad thing I have to say about FFA is that they get mad over little things and try to expel you from school. I also played basketball, baseball and golf, and I was pretty bad at all of them. I came to Austin College because I liked the school and it was recommended to me by alumni. I do not regret my choice in the least and am having a wicked sweet time here.
